2008/04/06 減肥!

今天稱重量的時候，指針突然只指到91這個數字，說明我減了4kg了，很樂觀的數字，所以激起我的信心上來這裡寫我的減肥日誌，打算增加我的恆心，警惕自己。

現在早飯都來不及吃，因為大部分得課都在下午，所以起床的時候都差不多是中午了，那我現在中午吃的分量還是不少，媽媽說盡量控製到60%就可以了~我想我盡力而為吧~現在我的晚餐只用些燕麥代替~但是現在吃到有點膩了~吃了幾口就不想吃了，也許這樣可能更好~少吃點。 。 。

至於運動。 。 。還沒開始實行。 。 。大部分是惰性在作祟。 。 。這裡的游泳池不是很乾淨，又懶得每天去查幹不干淨。 。 。慢跑。 。 。真沒慢跑過。 。 。所以。 。 。哎。 。 。再看吧。 。 。這兩天開始實行了~

不要讓我的一生充滿遺憾！

2008/02/07大年初一

大年初一，對我來說沒什麼特別，拜個年，拿個紅包就回宿捨了，整天幾乎一個人在宿舍度過，整天也沒發生什麼事情...

但是晚上小筠看到了我發洩的簽名找了我聊天，好久沒有跟朋友在網上這麼暢快的聊天了(謝謝你）~說了很多事情，有些事情想通了也放下了~有些事情過去的就讓他過去吧，計較這麼多做什麼呢，是吧~有個回憶就是好事情~人生總是有喜怒哀樂~有甜有苦也有酸~這就是人生嘛~
